1. Scope
All deliveries and services, including future deliveries and services, are carried out exclusively in accordance with these general Terms and Conditions. Agreements, particularly those that deviate from these conditions, are binding only with our written confirmation.

2. Completion of a contract
A sales contract takes place when we accept your order through the delivery of a product.

3. Prices
Please see the current price list and product catalogs for prices. We reserve rights for price changes and errors.

4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by German Parcel within 3 working days of receipt of the order. We will immediately inform you per email upon a lack of availability.

Claims, defects

  • The time of transfer to a forwarding agent is decisive for the condition of the product as stipulated in the contract. Claims must be asserted within 3 days upon receipt of the product and must enclose the delivery receipt. 
  • Damage that is recognizable already as damage to the packaging (damage in transit) must be queried immediately upon receipt of the product; that is with us and with the delivering forwarding agent. The complaint is to be noted in the consignment note and confirmed by the delivery driver. 
  • According to our estimation as to justifiable complaints, the customer will receive a free substitute delivery or a product credit against return of the product. Further claims are excluded. As we are not the manufacturer of the delivered product, claims for unsatisfactory products can be asserted against us only to the extent to which the manufacturer is liable to us. 
  • All claims are dropped if the customer fails to give us the opportunity to be convinced of defects, and in particular if the customer does not immediately make the queried product available.

5. Shipping costs

a) Domestic

  • Orders with a net product value below 100.00 Euros will incur transportation costs of 5,00 Euros for shipping and handling.  
  • Orders with a net product value of 100.00 Euros will be delivered free of charge. 
  • Standing orders and subscriptions are always delivered free of charge, independent of product value.

b) Abroad

  • Costs arising from shipments to foreign countries are calculated accordingly.

6. Terms of payment
The invoice on the package serves as the address as well.
You may select from the following methods of payment:

  • Per bank transfer within 10 days 
  •  Per check within 10 days

In special cases we reserve the preference of a certain mode of payment.

7. Reservation of title
The product remains property of RenaCare NephroMed GmbH until payment is complete.

8. Data protection
The data necessary for the handling of orders, accounting and regular business relations are saved in the computer. We do not sell any addresses.

9. Instructions for returns

a) Right to return
Products may be returned to us within one month without details or explanation. This period starts with the customer?s receipt of the product and ends with our returned receipt of the product. Returns can be sent free of charge to: RenaCare NephroMed GmbH, Werrastr. 1a, 35625 Hüttenberg.
Subscriptions may be canceled any time, effective immediately.

b) Consequences of returns
In the case of an effective return, the services received on both sides are to be returned, as is the necessary removed utilization (e.g. benefits of use).

10. Area of jurisdiction
With regard to mutual trade purchases, Giessen is the only area of jurisdiction
